Hey guys! It’s September 18th, which means in just three days (according to internet) it is officially the end of Summer and the beginning of Fall. And while I love wearing sweaters, drinking tea and hot chocolate and like the sound of the rain, I am NOT looking forward to colder weather.

But today we are looking back at the Summer and everything I have read. I saw this End of Summer recap tag on Kristin Kraves Books and it looked really fun! The creator is You Are What You Read.

Here we go!

Which book can you not stop thinking about?

It’s probably because I recently read this one, but I loved it so much. The drama! The setting! It was just so great and I can’t wait to read the sequel!

Which book would you rather have not read?

Looking at my list, I don’t have any books I rather haven’t read. There are some disappointments for sure, but more on that later.

What genre did you read the most?

Definitely contemporary/romance. Do I even read anything else? (I do, but veeeeeeery little)

Which book surprised you the most?

I actually liked this book a lot. I was a wreck after the first one in this series (Me Before You) and I didn’t like the second one (After You) at all. But this one was surprisingly good!

Which book disappointed you the most?

I’m not sure I can’t really explain why, but these two just weren’t what I was expecting from it.

What was your favorite cover?

Although I really like the cover from Big Magic too, this one is my fave (maybe all time fave?)

What was your favorite summer release?

I just finished Accidentally in Love, which came out on September 11th. It was such a great read!

Which books did you plan on reading, but you never got around to?

Like, a lot of my books from my TBR jar šŸ˜†

Which books do you plan on reading in the fall/autumn?

The rest of my TBR jar of course! First up is a reread of The Start Of Me And You, then I’ll read the sequel The Map From Here To There and then I have an ARC that I got. After that, we’ll see!

What did you read this Summer? Do you have favorite covers, were you disappointed by a book? What are you reading in the Fall?
